At South Valley Flooring a free estimate entails bringing together many aspects of your flooring project to provide you with the flooring you want at the price point you need.

Our flooring team produces the accurate information necessary for a precise estimate, this includes:

Assisting you to select the flooring that meets your aesthetics, intended use and budget; if you can’t decide between two choices, we’ll draw up an estimate for each, so you can make the decision that satisfies your expectations.

Once the flooring is selected, we will professionally measure your space; this includes the smallest details like accommodating heating registers or radiators, calculating if the new flooring will impact door-swing, planning interfaces between new and older floors, etc.

Layout for the installation of the new flooring including matching patterns, special cuts and/or seam placement; these can factor in calculating if extra yardage will be needed to fulfill the plan.

Your free estimate is the road map to your new floor.
Not only will your estimate include the flooring you are purchasing, the amount of flooring and the cost of that flooring, it may include:

Additional padding or membranes, Adhesive, Grout, Sealants, Labor, Delivery Charges and Sales Tax.

The free estimate will also outline ordering, delivery and installation schedules.

When you receive the estimate, study it and note any questions you may have. When our flooring consultant is in contact with you, ask questions until you are satisfied and request that the answers be in writing.
